When does service actually start?
Route by route, as soon as enough households on that route are signed up. We group signups by neighborhood and trash day so the truck never drives across town for one bin. You will get a text or call to confirm your first clean before anything is scheduled, and you are not billed until your route is live.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bins at the curb after pickup on your service day and we take it from there — clean, sanitize, deodorize, and wheel them back.
What happens to the dirty water?
Every gallon is captured on the truck and hauled away for disposal through an approved sanitary-sewer path. Nothing runs into the street, gutter, or storm drain — that part is a hard rule, not a preference.
What does it cost after the founding period?
The founding-member rate — $20 first clean, then $25/month for two bins — is locked for your first 12 months. If the standard rate changes after that, we confirm with you before your billing changes.
What about winter?
Colorado freezes, and water on pavement is a hazard we do not create. On deep-freeze days routes shift to the next safe day; your clean still happens, just not on ice.
